Argentine Favorites: Lomo (Beef Tenderloin) @Rambla

Another Hubert family favorite, La Rambla, is a Recoleta establishment for the juiciest lomito you will taste. The photo to the right shows a lomo topped with roasted morrón, or bell pepper.
